Welcome to Restorative Pilates. I'm happy to finally add an online group class twice a week.  In this ongoing workshop we will explore some of the lesser known but incredibly valuable Principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Mindfulness and flow. Learn simple ways to dial into and become more present in your body's alignment.  Finding strength & balance while releasing stuck energies, gives your system an opportunity to reboot; spirit, mind & body.

Being able to see my passion for Pilates, art and writing begin to coalesce has been really rewarding. Through Insight Timer, where I have had my meditations published since 2021, has recently started hosting Live Events.  It got me thinking about the link between these practices and Restorative Pilates was born. What's the commonality, you ask? All of these paths flow through the overarching principles of aligning spirit, mind & body.  I hope they resonate for you as much as they have with me.

CLASS SCHEDULE

* WEDNESDAYS at 10:00 am

Start each week with a new focus

* SATURDAYS at 11:00 am

Will repeat the focus from

the Wednesday class

  • PROPS: Pinky/lacrosse/tennis ball, theraband, gertie ball, light weights (Under 5 lbs) and roller

  • SPACE: Find a blank wall and floor space to roll out on where you can still view the class online.
